Turns out, our Lookout Pass family of friends wanted the same things too. A genuine, family-friendly atmosphere with untouched powder on those magical powder days or world-class grooming for those days between the big powder dumps.

The number that sets us above the rest is 400" of annual snowfall (400" = over 33 ft of snow). Our snow is often the lightest and driest in the region!  We're the only Inland Northwest Ski Area that's actually located in the Northern Rocky Mountains, at the crest of the Bitterroot Range.

And because many of our slopes face north or northeast, all that great snow stays light, dry and fun to ski/ride for days and weeks on end!

Check our prices here: — Tickets for Lookout are less than half of what you might pay at some other mountains. Youth ages 7 to 17 and Full-time College Students save even more. Kids six and under Ski Free when accompanied by an adult.
Our varied terrain means there's something for all ability levels, yet the mountain layout is very family friendly, making it easy to keep track of your entire clan and see how much fun they are having.
Lookout Pass is also wind protected and usually Fog FREE, making for an abundance of enjoyable days on the mountain.
