For Season Pass Holders please click on the only option Retired Chairlift Chairs $450 and then on the next page you will have the ability to select the $75 discount as a 23-24 Season Pass holder before your order is processed. 

• One chair per pass holder, ages 7 and up. Example: Dad, Mom, Kid-11 and Kid-6. This family can purchase 3 chairs at the passholder rate provided each has a current 23-24 season pass that is already paid in full, the 6 year old and under pass does not count for a discounted chair.
• Chairs are RIBLET CENTER POLE DOUBLE CHAIRS from our retired Chair 1 and our upgraded Chair 2.
  You cannot request a specific chair #. 
• Chair Pick up is ONLY available on 10/1 and 10/7. 
• Chair comes with seat, seat pad and center pole, no clip or hangers that would have attached it to the haul rope
• All Chairs are sold "AS IS".
• Chair must be picked-up at Lookout by purchaser & loaded BY YOU into your own vehicle. You must provide your own bungy cords/transport/ropes etc. Lookout staff can not help with the loading or strapping down of chairs.
• SALE IS ONLINE: Quantity is Limited - We will accept payment on the day of the sale if we have not sold all chiars online first. Quantities are limited - If you want a chair we strongly advise that you order online. 
• Must have a 23-24 Season Pass that has been paid in full. (Layaway orders will need to be paid in full to pick up a chair at the discounted $375 rate). Offer not valid for any previous years passes or for Hiawatha Season Passes. Passholders need to be in posession of a pass that is for ages 7 and up. Our records need to show that your pass has been paid in full. We do suggest that while you are here you get your photo taken and issued.
• Bring friends to help you load the chairs. - Lookout staff can not assist you with loading any chairs. Chairs weigh about 95 lbs are 43 inches wide, 24 inches deep and ~ 112 inches long. 
• If you are unable to be here you can send a friend to pick up your chair for you on either date shown above. 
  Please send a note with them stating that you have authorized them to purchase a chair on your behalf. Ideally, have a photo of your 2023-24 Season Pass or provide the passholders full name and phone number on the note or text message that they will show. 
• All on-site sales must use valid Credit Card Check, or Cash.
• Hours for the sale are 11am to 5pm on Sunday October 1st and then Saturday October 7, 2023. 
• Lookout will NOT HOLD OR STORE chairs for you to pickup at a later date.
