Submit your online pre-booking form.

Download and distribute the required forms provided by Lookout Pass for everyone in your group:

•   Group Information data sheets
•   Equipment Rental & Liability Release
•   Group Ski School Registration & Liability Release
•   Menu Selection

Confirm Your group information – at least five (5) days before your scheduled arrival.

Make sure everyone in your group arrives with all required forms.

Submit payment in a single transaction at the Snow Sports Desk where you’ll collect your lift tickets

Send members to the Rental Shop for equipment and then to the Snow Sports Desk for lessons

PE Groups will be met at their busses, by our Mountain representatives.
