Finance Coordinator
- Run accounts payable and maintain vendor records
- Reconcile daily revenue across all departments
- Verify deposits and resolve discrepancies
- Support bi-weekly payroll and timecard accuracy
- Assist with monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting
- Help manage cash flow and bank balances
- Support budgets, expense tracking, and financial organization
- Jump in to support the business office when needed
- What We’re Looking For
- Bonus: experience in seasonal, hospitality, or resort operations
- 3+ years in accounting, bookkeeping, or similar role
- Strong Excel skills (you actually use it, not just list it)
- Organized, accurate, and able to keep up with volume swings
- Comfortable working independently and solving problems
- Sage and/or POS system experience = a plus
Lift Operator
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of chairlifts or gondolas while providing friendly customer service to guests. Lift Operators assist passengers loading and unloading, monitor lift functionality, and maintain a safe skiing environment outdoors in all weather conditions.
Food & Beverage Team Member (Lodge Dining Staff)
Work in a fast-paced lodge environment preparing and serving food, operating registers, and maintaining clean dining areas. Team members provide excellent guest service, manage high-volume peak times, and help create a warm, welcoming lodge experience.
Vehicle Mechanic
Timely maintain all seasonal equipment, vehicles, and works as a hands-on vehicle maintenance mechanic.Shop parts and inventory, maintain a safe work environment and work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor- Equipment is to be safe, reliable, productive, ready for work as needed and well maintained cosmetically.

Ski & Snowboard Rental Technician
Assist guests in selecting and fitting ski and snowboard equipment, ensuring proper setup, adjustment, and safety compliance. Rental Technicians maintain gear, manage rental inventory, and provide expert guidance to match guests with the right equipment for their skill level and conditions.
